Interior Demolition/Remodel

GrayCo General Contractor provided a complete interior demolition and remodel of this office space, including plumbing, mechanical and electrical renovations, removing and relocation of walls, new restrooms, glazed curtainwall system, flooring, walls, ceilings, and casework. We also provided removal and replacement of the exterior roofing and an exterior concrete entrance.

As a part of our services, GrayCo General Contractor also provides maintenance services for commercial clients. Upon completion of this renovation, Grayco initiated a maintenance agreement for this building. This not only helps the owner with monthly standard maintenance, but gives them insight as to preventative maintenance needed as a cost savings for upkeep to their building and equipment to save in major future repairs. A little preventative maintenance goes a long way.

Water Damage/Restoration
Kansas City, Missouri

GrayCo General Contractor was presented with St. Patrick’s church having leakage and moisture problems from a deteriorating steeple. We went in and demolished the existing steeple, and rebuilt a new structurally sound, water tight structure to keep this place of worship sound for many more years to come!

Remodel

GrayCo General Contractor took an existing office space and completely remodeled and renovated it to meet the office space layout, plumbing, mechanical and electrical requirements needed for a dental office. We also upgraded the exterior entrance with a new concrete handicapped ramp and landscaping for the finishing touch.

Interior Remodel

GrayCo General Contractor provided an interior remodel to one of the local PPG stores. This remodel included demolition of walls, flooring, and installation of new ceiling tile, sprinklers, and flooring. This work was completed on an extremely fast paced schedule, as the store could not afford any down time with sales. House Addition
